I write about accessibility and inclusive design while I'm doing the work. Some of it comes out of the lab. I've graded over 5,700 AI-generated modals so far, and I run every new model through the same test. I send new results to this list before I even publish them. The rest of what I share comes from doing the work: design systems, leading accessibility inside organizations, accessibility strategy for people who set direction, building software, and what it takes to do this well when you're the whole team.
